Range
Eastern half of the United States extending into southern Canada. Range extends from Manitoba to central Texas and eastern Oklahoma to the Atlantic Ocean.
Habitat
Semi-arboreal. Grasslands, prairies, meadows, swamps, and fields. Usually found perched in trees or shrubs, rare to be seen on the ground.
